I lost 12 members over the course of the past 4 days. I have never had this kind of decline in such a short amount of time.

Is this due to the network downtime? Or is there an issue with the billing?

HAHAHAHAHA! You think all your problems will be solved by going to another webring? Let me tell you, JANS has its own set of problems, just like every other AVS. I say AB is better because they've gone through a lot of the problems rings like JANS hasn't been through yet. Speaking from experience, you are better off having two sites on two AVSes instead of dumping AB completely.

WOOHOO..i only lost a grand total of 2 members because of server down problems...better than losing ALL of them, like what happened to me in the past.

Yea but it does not appear to be over because as of this very moment I have 3 members areas down on http and I have lost members too but it will get worse if this continues! I need my sites up to sell them that is the way it works and at least 2 sites members areas have been down every day for at least some part of the day or the entire day! For the last 3 or 5 days and the weekend its 3 members areas down! You know as well as i do this hurts us , we ,the group, the network! 8) Luck

Another AB Network credibility issue...visitors get the previews...but the paying customers get shafted...i really would hate to start from zero signups a third time.

Why should i submit galls to the MGPs, when once a visitor becomes a sign up they find a 404 error after logging in..(who's credibility is shot then? The webmaster of the site with the dead members area)...i'd be pissed to sign up for a site ( @ 29.95) and then can't get to the movies (even after bouncing around the psites list)...guess you know, as a customer, i wouldn't be back (no rebill).

Can we all say chargeback?

G'day Guys,

It is getting pretty serious now. I don't want to be too critical, but I really can't understand how the system can be down for so long. On the surface, it seems there has been little, if any, planning gone into the Maintenance of the Servers, which is leading to the problems we're having.

Please AB, get our sites back online ASAP. I know, you're trying your hardest, but unfortunately it's costing a heap of money through lost Members. Surely you can't afford to lose the business, just as we can't.

Well, another day with downtime, another day of emails from clients wondering why they can't log in, and another day of declining memberships.

Well at least we posted a notice it was going to be down. We had 350 servers to migrate and it was hell in doing so. Everything has been completed.

If there are any other servers down please let us know.

We apologize for all the troubles but it had to be done.
