I like to play the game known as "support" with AB.
It goes something like these: post a ticket, get a reply which does not help at all.
Post an email as suggested in reply, get no response.
Post again in ticket system... wait a week... get no reply.
Message tech support over ICQ... get a "gee that shouldn't be happening reply".... then silence.
Message again, over the next few days... never even get a reply back.
I call this fun game "AB support". It's great.
My site is doing well, I'm getting many customers a day. Is this how AB rewards me?
