Problems wth 249

we had some problems with this box lately. We are in the process of putting it back online right now and are moving this box and all the boxes on the ab network to raid 5.
This said, the eta for the box 248 to come online is in the next 6 hours. We apologise deeply for the error and will be working very hard to make sure this does not happen again.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to express them and we will try and resolve them.

248 or 249? Now I'm confused. Or do you mean <sweat braking out> that you only have an eta for 248 and that 249 will continue to be offline for the foreseeable future....
