The box has had a major failure, and we are restoring from backups.

This has also given us an opportunity to divert the load off of that box to another one we have.

So don't be suprised if your preview site gets moved to a different machine. The slow speeds are due to alot of spikes in traffic that the disks can't handle. So yes, good will come from this.

Very sorry for this, but it was unavoidable.

Thanks for keeping us informed. I'm getting a 400 Bad Request error, is that expected? I only ask because you mentioned the Sites will seem slow, so from that I gather you have an expectation that the Server is functioning, but slow.

I'm on the 64.124.166.177:21 box.

All sites will be moved very shortly. It will also take little time to confugure the server. The 400 or 403 error will there because the Web server is not configured yet.

Please let us know about the username and password you were using before for FTP and under what hostname you have your archive?
