I an lot of country state/province doesn't make sense. Maybe you could mark this field as optional.

I like it.. its simple and to the point without all distractions from the graphics and splashy text the old form had. Will have to see how it converts though.. i'd think an extra step will give them more chances to back out.

well, i noticed this form the other day (looks great) but that was the same day that i also noticed my signups take a dive in the dumper. on a normal weekend i am good for about 10 signups. this weekend...1. my clicks haven't changed in the last few days, just my signups. :cry:

i am guessing it has to do with this form as that is the only thing i know that has changed. of course other input will verify/disprove this theory but that is my observation on it...

Its to early to tell.

But this form looks more professional than the other form so it wouldn't make sense why it would take a nose dive.

Overall the conversion ratio of this form is improved. But again we will run in for a few more days to see the results.

Running it for 2 days doesnt tell much since it could of been 2 bad days.

Ah, sorry - I didn't have my most elaborate day. What I meant is that for a lot of countries the field state/province doesn't make sense.
In Germany, for example, the state you live in is not part of your address. Neither is it in Sweden or Austria or....

So I think this field should be optional and only be used for countries where it makes sense.

But they can still pick it, it should still work.

For some reason the form doesn't perform well for me either.. :cry: it's still early though but most of my signups seem to happen when ibill is primary..

i asked about the form not a members area.

2 servers are down and we are working around the clock to restore them.

well...

i noticed that with the new form i'm having more abbill signups, with the old form i was having the same number of ibill and abbill signups, wich is stange has abbil is primary, also my signups droped a little and i'm having the same traffic and clicks. But u guys have the overall numbers so u should take a reach a better conclusion than me :)

Well numbers were steady but today they are lower than usual.

Not to sure why.

We're going to try the single form again.

I do prefer a one step join page. If you go back to the single form please make sure a CVV2 link or description is there.
