Hi,

Here are instructions for playing DRM content, I am not trying to insult you
or anything, sometimes its easiest to start at the beginning.
Also if you simply can't play the movie please specify the name of it and your members username and password (assuming you have at least 4 signups and therefore have a valid members login).

First you need to have the latest Window Media Player install. You can download it at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en&categoryid=4

Make sure you have the latest Hot-fix for Media player scripting install (KB828026). You can download it at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=AF9CF65E-0C55-452E-A0FA-3AA165E667C1&displaylang=en

Also download CODEC Packages from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/format/codecdownload.aspx (if required)

In order to have your media player view our movies please check the following settings. When you have Windows Media player open, on the top click on then menu "Tools" and select "options". Then click on the tab "Privacy". Make sure you have "Acquire Licenses automatically for protected content" and "Send unique Player ID to content providers" with a check mark.

If your still encountering the error(s), please let us know with the exact nature of error.

Regards,
David
