I have submitted a ticket, and was told I would get a response shortly, but that was 4 days ago, I added a reply asking for an update which has so far gone unanswered. Has my ticket been lost or does stuff like this normally take a few weeks?

tickets sometimes takes time its best to go to irc and ask for help there its faster
