testftp help

Hi All

I am having problems connecting to the test ftp site. Keeps reporting that it doesn't exist :cry:

Have checked that port 21 is open on the firewall/tried using the ip address and server name and 2 different ftp apps Can't think of what else it might be. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am a newbie to this so hope I'm not missing something obvious..
