problem with testwww

Hi, I'm a new webmaster. I'm try to get approved into adultboucer website. I put all my content in my test ftp. I create an index.html into root path and put all my content in the members path that I created.
But if i go to my testsite http://testwww.adultbouncer.com/testsites/Hentai/hentainet/ I can't see anything and I see a forbidden 403 error message. What can I do to see my test site??
I want to ask a last thing: in the first index.html (the one in the root file) I have to put only the "presentation" home with adultboucer signup at the end or I have to put here the main index html?

I fix the 403 problem (I wrote Index.htm but the right name is index.htm) but the second question is still waiting for reply :)

you just need your main one for them to approve then you can make your whole site once your approved. second your not suppose to post your test url that is just for you.

Dear Pier82m:

YOU have to have index.html or index.htm in your root folder and this is same with preview site as well as members site. we have web master whose native lenguage is not english and they have hard time communicationg in english. So we at ab try to understand as much as possible from what ever can describe about the problem. Your post seems way clear to understand.
Make sure to create totally two different sites on your test account for preview and members area.
