Seriously all the constant password changing lately is ridiculous!
I've had my members area pasword changed 4 or 5 times in the last week.
My ab-host and preview area FTP passwords haven't worked for 4 days now.. the support ticket is growing grey hairs on it.
And then this morning the Lounge password gets changed to my main site FTP password... like that is something I have memorized! Now I can't even check my stats till I get home and find that password.
This shit is driving me crazy!!
Just give me 1 password for all my areas and then don't touch it PLEASE.

If you read the post in the news forums that was posted last week you would see both were being changed.
As for AB Host accounts those passwords were never changed.
You are lucky we dont enforce password changing in Lounge/FTP every 30-60 days or something like alot of places do.
But im sure it will happen again in the future just so you know to keep things extra secure from hackers.
On top of that FTP/Lounge psaswords changed once not 4 or 5 times.

I read about this last week and since I did not receive an email (even though my host webair.com does not filter adult email), I posted a support ticket. The last reply to the ticket is "We are expereincing some issue on FTP. Please wait while we fix the problem."
As for AB Host accounts those passwords were never changed.
Well mine stopped working at the same time my preview area password stopped working.

I would prefer that to getting my password switched without prior warning.
But im sure it will happen again in the future just so you know to keep things extra secure from hackers.
Thats fine with me.
On top of that FTP/Lounge psaswords changed once not 4 or 5 times.
Check my support ticket filed under webmaster@triplecrownthreat.net
I'm not bullshitting.
Members area pass changed 3 times since June 3rd.
AB-Host and Preview area pass changed June 5th, I still haven't received the updated passes yet.
Lounge pass changed today.

1) Many many people received emails with password changes, so if you didnt then your provider is blocking our email. It would make no sense to not send an email otherwise our support staff would be bombarded
2) AB Host passwords were not changed I dont know what else to tell you. Again if it did we would have hundreds of tickets incoming.
3) We did warn we sent emails to everyone. If your provider is filtering it then im not sure how else to warn you. We could post a notice in the lounge but you would still not get our emails anyways. So we felt it was better to change them while sending emails which we did and many people received.
4) I checked under your email address but nothing came up. do you have a Ticket ID? Again no AB Host passwords were changed. If it did then it was something out of the ordinary. As for FTP/Lounge passwords, we first changed FTP then Lounge few days later.
There is a log of password changes and FTP/Lounge changed only once. Again it would be stupid to change everyones 4-5 times, it would just create extra burden on customer support.
