Why are you trying to make money before going to jail? Usually when someone goes to jail they go right away I never heard about a "delayed jail date".

I can fully understand where this guy is coming from, and can see why he would want to get a good money making system going before he gets locked up. I'm not sure AB is entirely appropriate for that, but at any rate...

It's entirely possible that he could have an upcoming date by which he has to turn himself in for incarceration. It's called a "Stay of Execution," which basically means the sentence has been handed down, but for one reason or another, the actual date for his sentence to begin is at some point in the future. This is almost entirely up to the discretion of the judge.
