Members Passwords Blocked

Hi all,

I have been receiving about 5 emails a day from members claiming their passwords are blocked or asking me to re-instate their passwords. What is the proper procedure I should follow here, who should I tell them to contact. Also some have claimed that their passes are only blocked on my site which I think is BS because my sites email is only available in the members area.

be carefull could be a trick you should get there username and send it to ab to see if its being used by more then one person.

Its not supposed that the members get automatically a new password?

Yes the new password gets emailed to them.

But 95% of the time they dont receive our email because of every provider in the world blocking adult related emails due to spam filters.
