i mean, for exmple:
the last pregnant movie has been downloaded 3 times
i would like to see how it is beforing asking it
where can i go for that please?

I would check the participating site listings. Go here: http://www.adultbouncer.com/psites.php and type pregnant in the search box. :) I only see two sites using the keyword "pregnant".
