:?:

Ok, while I am patiently waiting for my final site approval, I wonder what I should be doing, right? Creating a nice tgp/mgp template? No, I said. What about legal issues. I read here somewhere about a legal disclaimer
that someone was missing? Couldn't find the thread. Anyway, before my site goes live I want to make sure my site is legal. Could someone tell/advise me of any or all of the legal disclaimers I might need for my site.
Here's to all of us being successful!! :P

You can use the following link if you only use AB Content and make one yourself if you use your own. You'll have received proof of age information and Model Releases if you've purchased Content, you just need to let people know how they can gain access to that info, if the wish.

http://www.adultbouncer.com/usc2257.php

Whichever way you go, you need to provide 2257 compliance info on your Site.

Surprised to see you're intending to provide the actual products, rather than just links, in your Tools Section.

Hey bbamaster8,

Sorry but you can not post your test url on the forum, please remove it or one of the moderators will. As far as what you need legally. You need to post this at the bottom of your main page or splash. All persons appearing on this site are 18 years of age or older. These images comply with Title 18 U.S.C. sect; 2257 and associated regulations. Webmaster HERE! (attach your site email addy or the url to the page you make.)
Post a url for a page you can make or i believe that Aussie has provided you with what a 2257 looks like and just use the one he has shown or make your own.. And if you intend to use content that you have leased or bought the license for you must make sure you have a signed model release, photo id of the models/actors, and a license from the content provider, signed ofcourse.
And before you post the movies or clips that you have bought or leased you must send all of the info to marco@velcom.com. And you will have the choice of having your content drm'ed b4 you post it or you may post it as unprotected content and just make sure you send your license and such b4 you put your content on the site.
And DONT forget to take the test url down asap. or it will be. 8) Much Luck
