What happened to the screenshots?

When I first started, I would choose a film from AB and then later it would be in my file and there would also be a file of screenshots I could use to promote the new film.

What happened? I haven't seen any picture files in months, and the site looks shabby with the links for new films and a note saying "sorry no preview pictures available"...

the preview pics are still there if you log into the temporary ftp they give you when you order them, but not moved into our members sections when they move the movies later on for some reason, so just use the the temp ftp when you first order them and download the pics.zip from there.

Hmmm. I don't know what the temp ftp is -- is it listed on the movie selection page? And will they have pictures from films I ordered months ago?

Sorry I am not as literate in this as I could be.

When I go to the movie selection page, I always choose "copy to my content site". Now I note that there is this:

Login: "ftp4[number]" Password: "[number]" Server: "209.67.61.199" Port: 21

So! On my FTP program, do I type in the "ftp[number]" under "Host Name"? Or does the server number go there? Or am I way off here?

well when you first get you movie approved and its up there is a download to pc link to download the pics if it more then a month old then they are probably gone its only there for 7 days at least thats what i know.

yeah when they are more than a couple weeks old i think the links no longer work, but when you first order the movie when you log into that page just click the download link, if you use WinXP it has it's own built in ftp program and will just take you to a folder where you can download the pics zip, just drag and drop that zip into a folder on your hard drive.

Server number goes in the host name... :wink:

3 ways to get in:

Login thru FTP program OR just right click the "copy to my pc" link and save target as...or just left click it and drag-n-drop!

If your lucky they're still there (doubt it...but stranger things have happened)

Can you provide your site id and the movie name please? I can check if the pics and FTP are working or not.
