Newbie Webmaster PHP/MySQL Questions

Hey-

I have just signed up for an AB site and have a few questions. I know that in order to use PHP and MySQL I'll have to get an "external" host. That's fine but should I get the host now before my site is approved? If not, how do I go about setting up my site which will use PHP and MySQL extensively? Also, is Velcom a good host?

Another question about content. I plan on setting up a celebrity site. Do all of the licensing concerns apply to that type of content?

as long as you have the license it doesnt matter what kind of content you have so as long as you want it on your site.

EVERYTHING requires a License, unless of course you own the content yourself.

There is no such thing as Public Domain, there are no Unlicensed Celeb Images you can legally use.

So essentially I can't post any images or videos then? I wouldn't even know where to begin if I have to obtain permission to use all of the files. I guess that also means that almost all of the current pay Celeb sites are breaking the law then?

Well some celeb sites have the license to use that content.
