i have some questions to ask you , i am wondering now ,last few days my disk was full , i posted the ticket to ab's webserver issues section ,but i received the email that confirmed "new ticket created " from support@nettransactions.com , how is it related to nettransactions.com?

i dont think thats a problem as long as they fix it it just comes from nettransaction nothing big.

Hey Chaleemam,

When you filled out your ticket did you make sure it was for webmasters and not for members? because if you directed the ticket to support it would not say it was from nettrans. It should have been from
<tickets@adultbouncer.com> and there would have been a reference about the webserver problem. And there would have been a ticket id and ticket key and also the subject and the date it was submitted.
Or perhaps you did not choose the correct category from the drop down?
Either way it sounds like maybe you need to shoot an e-mail to them JUST incase. Im not sure of the e-mail as it has changed either support@adultbouncer.com or webtechs@adultbouncer.com and give them the ticket info. 8) Luck

Hi chaleemam

This to protect the members privacy, since it uses same server which send email to members. Alot of members dont want to receive emails if sender is "Adultbouncer" also some ISP blocks emails catching "keywords" in the emails. Nettransaction is the front end processor. thats what shows on their statement.

Exactly why I said I was,nt sure , because things change so fast sometimes here that you cant keep up with them. All of the tickets i have ever recieved have said what i stated and now it is different.
You have my apology chaleemam if my ignorance misled you. I do wish these things were posted , if it was i must have missed it and im here everyday. This is actually a small thing but if im to give any info here as a moderator I really need to know these things. Again my apology. 8) Luck
