How to fill correctly a ticket?

Ok I already made succesfully some tickets.

But I always put randomly a number in the "subscription #" field. Is there any meaning in this mandatory field?

Its not mandatory. You dont nee to enter the Sub # :)

Just enter 0 or something :)

Its an optional field.
