I ordered a bunch of the new drm protected movies, but where are the screenshots? usually there is a pics.zip file. I wouldn't mind if I could open them in windows movie maker to take my own, but I can't because of the DRM.

So how do I get screen shots now?

I use the ftp download to my PC Option in the Movie Order area. It links to the image zip file.

Hmm the pics.zip is located on a diffrent machine right now it shouldnt be down

i cant ftp it wont allow me in so im sure thats how everyone else is maybe

I must admit i'm still pissed off with these DRM movies, as a webmaster I CANNOT get them to play to take my own screenshots (or even have a little perv at them myself!).

When I copy to server, the pics.zip is NOT included.

AND, when I ftp download content to my pc, the PASSWORD does not work so i'm fucked again.

I ask you, how am I supposed to update my sites?

I tell you, the only way I have found, is find a site that already has the screenshots to the movies you want and download those screenshots for use on your own site.

Dear AdultBouncer, can we try and fix it so when we copy content to server, the pics.zip is included like it was before DRM.

Ftp to my pc works for me...just used it yesterday.

Some work, some don't.

Some give a 421 error.

Send an email to webtechs at adultbouncer.com with the Movie Name and your login/password. There is no problem with the content server also some zips were missing but they should also be there.

Be sure to give full details on problem.

There were about two movies who'se pics.zip failed to copy over. This was resolved today.

I can't enter the FTP to download the pics.zip in all the movies I ordered and got approved. Also, I have sent an email to support.
