movie splitter error

i can only user verion 1.04 i have upgraded to the other versions but when i load the movies in thoughs versions my hard drive keeps running hard and when i alt-ctrl-delete it shows it stops responding.
i have win98 i already updated the .net stuff i played the clip entirely but i still get this error.

How can you only use 1.04 if 1.04 doesnt work for you either?

in version 1.04 the movies load and i can play them in the other verions it crashes and stops responding ie my hard drive runs hard like its doing something but when i press crtl-alt-delete the other version stop responding and i cant load in the clips.

You need to use the newest version

Give me the exact steps you are taking for the newest version with results

also since your using Win98 we cant offer that much support, we trying to find a copy of Win98 to install here for testing. until then we will try to help as much as we can :(

G'day Rob,

As you know, I have Windoze 98 and Movie Splitter works fine on mine, now! :wink: Thing is, my version of Windows is 98SE, so if XPC has W98SE too, the new version of MovieSplitter will work.

XPC, what version of 98 are you running? (is it SE)?

ok rob ernowski the new version 1.07 works i just updated to it and it still acts like the versions that dont work but i let it run and then it starts to go and it made my clip fine so everything is ok now.
