1) The movie cutting system/moving copying system still has issues (slowness being the major one). By Monday or Tuesday we should be on our new server which will be 1000x faster. This will solve issues with no movies appearing and movies unable to cut due to the present system being heavily overloaded.
2) One of the gallery servers are slow right now and we are aware of this. This problem should be resolved by Mid next week as well.
3) Our cascading system experiened a bug where sales wouldnt go past our merchant acount if they were declined by our merchant. So what would happen is a sale would go to our merchant first if it declined there it goes to our next processor. There is an issues with PG-Global at the present time so its right now going to out alternate processorl then ends there. This is why sales numbers have lower been for the last day. We are fixing this issue as this is highest priority. BUT also remember sales are now combined into 1 sale, there is no longer 2 sales per customer 19.95+2.00. So make sure you look at your stats in regards to that because our sales havent dropped substantially for anyone to worry. Its just a fraction.
4) Upsells are now combined into one sale instead of passing 19.95 + 2.00 through our processors. As of now there is 1 sale going through which is 21.95 for upsell and 19.95 for regular AB membership. This will also make your numbers look lower than they really are.

Sales havent dropped substantially for anyone to worry so please dont send 50000 emails :)
Processors are closed for the weekends and sales are still being captured by our merchant and our alternate processor. Alot of stuff to fix this coming Monday.

The billing system is back to normal.
Its been back to normal since yesterday night, we just disabled PG-Global until we can resolve the issue.

Extreme Penetrations 4 is broken. We know about it and its going to be re-encoded. Please do not request this movie until we fix this issue.

What about Rocks that Ass 4 it shows up under VHS and only has 2 movie scenes, but i have all of the screenshots and it's at least 6 - 8 scenes long.

We had a rough time tryig to get some new network equipment working for our growth.

- Gallery servers are back online since midnight.
- DRM copying/cutting server will be 1000x faster today after moving it to our new infrastructure. It's currently on our new machine but its limited by its throughput which will be fixed today.

What about rebills with pgglobal. Are there problems with their rebills as well? I am asking 'cause rebills seem to be low for March and no rebills from pggloal yet

We've moved PG-Global data to our own merchant account.
PG-Global is no longer.
We've acquired 2 merchant accounts, we've slowly moving away from IPSP's.
You'll see your rebills pop under a differnet biller except PG-Global

Still Rob, I can see rebills only fromr Jetis this month (just a note here, there was a similar problem with Jettis rebills the last month). From which biller should we expect the rebills and will there be any delays for them showing in the webmaster lounge?

Same problem here. I definitely have rebills from the time of 16-29 of Feb that do not show up in my account (have not been paid). Will they be paid later or are they just lost?

I just spoke to one of our develoers and he said data is displaying properly.
We had your Site ID AdvancedSubmitter.
I would need subscription ID's you feel are not there or some deeper details so we can look further.

Its really difficult to follow the exact signups but here are a few signs that something is mailfunctioning:
- The signups between Feb 1-5 and March 1-5 are about the same. Still the total income for March 1-5 is half of the income for Feb 1-5. This is a rebill issue in my opinion.
- I have signups and rebills for pgglobal every day between January 25 and Feb 5. Still there are no rebills for any of those signups under pgglobal or opentec during March. I have rebills only under nettransactions. Actually there are no signups or rebills under opentec for this period.

Well you cant forecast March 1st to March 15th when we dont have data for anything beyond today which is the 5th. You'll only get report for up to the current day.
Lets wait until the 15th so ew can get a better readout
As for Feb 1st to Feb 15th and Jan 1st and Jan15th your payouts are consistent.
