Tips on gettting a lot of TRAFFIC

My site has been up for a week now and it seems that the only traffic I am getting is from myself. Ive also submitted to over 500 search engines but no luck. :(
Does anybody know of a really good way to get traffic or a really good submitter?

About the searchengines; it will take lot more than a week to get listed on them, and proably more to get a nice position.

Also build a goodlooking clean recip-free gallery and submit it to the hun, (thehun.com) if you get listed (which you eventually will be if you have a good looking gallery) you'll get all the traffic you can ask for :P

another way to get your site out there besides MGPs is to get known on a few forums. Find a forum that relates to your niche, and then make friends with the owner. Dont spam the hell out of it or you would prolly get banned.

But if you post some galleries on those forums, im sure you will probably get some decent traffic. Niche traffic as well.
