It was easy to get traffic to galleries few years ago. But where to get it now?

Of course, search engines are always good, but it's painfully slow to build up the traffic and they are not suitable for galleries.

Any new sites that accept submissions?

You can try freeones (only pornstars) but its free and traffic are nice.
