Hello people,

I have a few questions i hope someone can reply to.

Three months ago i posted a request, and emailed details about it the day after.
Nothing happened since.

May 9 i emailed about my login to members-area's not working anymore.
No reply yet.

And i don't understand the stats. Maybe i am wrong, but lets say an account
has never less than 50 members total throughout the whole month. You would
expect you earned commission for 50 transactions. Those transactions would
be a mix of rebills, signups and cancells...but the balance should be 50 no matter
what happened. My members-total has dropped slowly the last few years and
currently its 13...when i posted the above in feb 25, it was 22.

For the period jan-1 upto may-1 2008 i see commission for 34 transactions. Even if
i would set the total members average at 15, there should have been 4 x 15 = 60 transactions?

For the year 2007 i see commission for 93 transactions. And again, even if i would
count the active members total at 15/month, there should have been 12 x 15 = 180
transactions? (the active members total was in fact higher as 22 because that was
the amount when i checked last feb 25)

Thanks in advance
Take care

Killer one note: for 3 months membership you see transaction only every 3rd month...
leading your example of 15 active members.
If you have one active members with $69.95 transaction and 14 with regular $14.95 you will see this, if no one cancel or refund or changer back in 4 months, math is:
14x4 = 56
1x2 = 2 (signup + rebill)
sum => 58 transactions in 4 months, not 60.

Maybe this help or maybe I dont understand you well ... sorry then.

Hi there,

That explains it partly because i did see a few members that pay bigger amounts instead of the monthly usual fee.

I also don't know how to explain. Like i said, since 2001 (maybe 200 members) it went down to 13 today, 15 a few days ago, 22 in last feb when i checked. Not complaining about losing members here, and also not suggesting something tricky from ab's side. Just try to understand it.

What i mean is, in 2007 i must have had at least 22 members average. No matter if they pay monthly or 3 months at once...each member brings you around 12 x $16 = $192 earnings on a yearly base. It does not matter how many come and how many go. Now for the year 2007 i see i received $1622. If i devide 1622 (total) by 192 (each member) it would mean i did have 8.4 paying members average in 2007? Thats the thing i just don't get :-)

Take care
