How to get a webmaster pass?

The question is simple and I surely miss the point in the FAQ but how can I make a request for a webmaster pass (I already made more than 4 signups)?

Go here and let them know you have 4 sign-ups and would like a pass http://www.adultbouncer.com/support/contactform.php or email, i think, kevinl@adultbouncer.com ?
