Vixeo pages are dead now and absupport are offline on IM.
Recently, Vixeo pages have been loading painfuly slow, I'm sure that affects conversions because people just hit the back button when they have to wait so long for the page to load or try to navigate within the site or they think that if the preview is so slow the downloads would be even slower.
Vixeo is a great product but the terrible slowness of the hosting kills it. Just take a look at how fast the compettitors pages load.
Finally, take a look at the signup page with a high res monitor, the blocks are unaligned and allover the place, looks very unprofessional at such a critical spot (the join page).
