Which design's the better?

I'd like to know which design's the better.

Since I wanted to convert it to a SB site... I had to rework on the design and I did the second template but now i'm not sure...

Pinkymart's clean but white and empty... And the second one (based on the joomla template btw lol) is not that clean but it have something more professionnal... so... Which one should I use?

The second one fits better into our program. It can be adapted to be in any niche and thats what we want, niche type sites without the use of DVD covers.
