Porn for women

Ok, I was just thinking about how I hate cutting clips for scenes. Hell, I hate watching most porn because its uninteresting to me. I also remember when AB had sites under "porn for women," but they were mostly lesbian and toys from what I remember (I may be wrong). This doesn't really catch my fancy either, nor does it for a lot of women. I just thought I'd list a few things in case any of you want to market to the female gender. Hell, 1 in 3 (http://www.msnaughty.com/pornforwomen/#statistics) web users are women. Some of this is opinion, some from articles that I've read.

I don't like gonzo, "straight to the screwing," porn. I like story lines and interesting characters. Hell, I can even appreciate bad acting as long as the plot is decent. Guys tend to fast forward, but I'll even watch the down time if its interesting.

If the guy looks creepy to you, he looks creepy to me. Most male porn actors are unattractive and you usually don't see their faces. At times I am very grateful for this when choosing screenshots.

Foreplay, it works in real life as well in porn. Some caressing, dirty talk--these are good things. Cunnilingus is interesting too. I don't want to watch a 10 minute blowjob. Some chicks may like it, but after a while, it gets old. A guy who can only last 3 minutes when he's screwing will take 10 minutes to get off to a blowjob. Hold an apple in your mouth for that long and see how you feel. (Sorry, personal rant)

After all this, I do still enjoy watching the chick get her brains fucked out. That much is fine. Actually, its great!

Cumshots... I can't comment on this. I haven't really talked to anyone or read anything about this. Personal opinion: Mix some glue and water together (mostly glue), toss it in the microwave for 10 secs, and sprinkle it on your face. Want a real treat? Let it dry.

Stories are also a good thing to add to your site if you have the spare cash. And something to remember, porn for women and softcore are not the same things. Softcore is for late night cable channels. So, part rant, part informative (poorly written) essay. If I didn't already have my plate full, I'd think about making a chick site, but I got a mgp post to do.

Now here's where I get a bit miffed!

I don't like the term "Porn for women" for the simple reason that I like to see all the things that women like in porn! I like the foreplay, the 'afterglow', the after-sex cuddles, storyline etc., and it annoys me when people think that only women like that kind of thing. I don't like watching blowjobs particularly, unless it's done in a loving way, because most blowjob scenes are just the guy ramming his phalus down a girl's neck and often grabbing her head just to make sure she really really can't breathe. I don't like that, it's abusive, so there!

I think it should be called Porn for Nice People!

Porn has definately gone down the extreme and almost violent route the last few years, there are so many "in bondage while fucking" sites around at the moment and even more that just aim to degrade the women as much as possible.

I did have a nice surprise the other day though, a hate porn with stories but I downloaded a movie called Babysitters from a *cough* torrent site *cough* and it had really dirty hardcore sex with a semi-decent storyline...now if only AB could get that movie on the content list it would convert like crazy, he he!

Movies or clips that degrade women... like "the training of O" (which bring in a lot of cash cuz people really think they are newbie slave *ROFLMAO that's the third time I see Lorelei lee and she's everything but a newb*). Or the worst of em all (Hell, they were sued for violent acting and they are still in business)

Ok, I can finally reply to this thread.

I'm just thinking about the female market of pornography; when I say porn for women, its like "porn for fetishists" or "porn for asslovers." And I wasn't even going to add in the degradation of women topic, seeing how its such a hot topic.

To tell you the truth, I love the training of O trailer really caught my eye and I was even considering signing up. If you read one of those articles, you would have noticed a part about not all women liking softcore porn (think late night cable). Its that features and do better with females.

I'm just thinking that a sale is a sale (in this case a sign-up), and if there is an untapped market, then why not consider it?

I've wanted to do a site focusing on women for quite some time. Was in fact an administrator at femalewebmasters.com before it died (and yes, they knew I was a man!) but I've never got round to doing the site.

I honestly think there's more to it than a male orientated site. I think a woman would be bored with a standard porn site, and would perhaps want forums, and social content.

I might be wrong of course, but that's what I gleaned while at femalewebmasters.
