i set up my store....(i think) i have my domain name. But I can't seem to download any banners. I need help with my first store and then I'll be off to the races. Is there any way we could go over the steps by phone?

Which banners are you trying to save, the animated GIFs, or the Javascript ones?
What happens when you try to save the files?
Are you trying to save the affiliate banners, or the webmaster banners?
Your custom domain shouldn't have anything to do with access to the banners. What steps are you needing help with, is it just trouble with the banners, or is there something else?

im ckicking on the affiliate banners. icon shows up on my desktop that directs me to IE vixeo webmaster page. is there an IM option on here?

The very first link in the General Chat forum has the contacts for Support, including IM contacts. The AB support should be able to assist with most VX questions.
