can't get webmasters lounge

For over two weeks, I have been unable to get to:

Ok, tell me what browser you are using and what error you get ? is it just a page not found ? or something else?

Have you tried clearing out your browser cache or and even tried using a proxy ?

From what you say there is not much to go on at the moment.

Browsers: Opera, IE 7.0, and Mozilla
I get a blank page with no errors form opera & Mozilla browsers.
in IE 7.0: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

The page loads fine with a schoolsurf proxy.
