signup page in more languages PLS

I know that this suggestion was there a few months ago..but is signup page is only in english..
Vixeo has also france..
Can you PLS add france, german translate of signup page.
(German is very important I think)

AB changes so much by the time the language is done we did something new

we tried to do translaition in the past .. we will try to do it agian

plus people use "skins" .. this contradicts the languages
