Why there is many refunds this month ?

How is it possible that this month there is many refunds, I got 8 refunds in 20 days. I promote vixeo since march it's the first month that there i a lot of refunds like this. It's difficult to sell memberships, there is a lot of competitors, if everytime there is refunds I will win nothing at the end. Nromally the billing companies are able to see at the instant if somebady is using a stollen credit card, how is it possible that they accept the payment ? This month I got more than 100$ in refunds and the sales are growing very slowly. In regard of one refund there is ?? what does it mean ?:???:

majority of refunds that are delayed come from checks.

it happens here and there not all the time

also it all depends on the billing company, since we use 2 of them they also have different criteria when sending data back to us.

its not a common thing so dont worry about it to much
