MY ID 4135

I still wrote ticket (WITH a lot of repost)
Ticket ID: EUQ-509951
BUT NO HELP.Salles department never answer me.

So I tried wrote direct to ROB

ROb answerd me fast
"Ok im chcking it out :) checking with bank if it has been cashed."

But after that no answer.( I tried write to Rob in a last 10 daysa few mail, but no answer)
I do not know if this check was cashed (if yes check was STOLEN!!)

So what is with my check? Did you still repost it?
OR can you add money from lost check to next payout PLS.

still being worked on. everything relies on the bank and they take their merry time.

we are waiting for an answer frm our bank and sometimes it can take 2 weeks

plus on top of that once a check its cancelled it takes 2-4 weeks to clear so you wont see the repayment for it until 8th of next month.

Its slow but we cant really do much about it.

i should get an answer by tomorrow at least. i will phone and follow up.
