If you've attempted to contact support via ICQ or AIM and there was no response please send a ticket or email to webtechs@adultbouncer.com.

Are support guys are pretty busy at times so please bear with them. Dont think they are ignoring you because they are not.

Sending a ticket is the best way to keep track of your issues. Submit a ticket + send an email.

Does support has ICQ/AIM? What are their numbers / nicks please? I only know about the irc chat.

is the support channel still on irc? the last few times i logged in it wasn't there anymore...

i did. just tried again today. i saw 2 channels, one was called cs and the other one admin2. no support and i couldn't join the two channels, it said i needed the correct key...

i connected to chat2.adultbouncer.com, is that correct?

just type /join #support and youll get to the right channel :wink:
