Anybody home at support?

Hi there, I've been emailing support all week trying to get my FTP login info and test site URL for a new site I'm working on (#37084), but I haven't received any response all week at all.

Also, I need to get the linking codes link in my MOVIES tab for this site's movies...so far it only shows the links to download the .zips for the pics, but not the links to the movies.

One of the Sticky threads in the General Chat section has the contacts for support. Try getting in touch with them through MSN Messenger. It worked for me last week when I needed to get in contact with them.

you need to get the site pre-approved before you get the links to movies (ie: once you have access to the full FTP not the test one)
