I created two support tickets about this and about not being paid for the last period. All I got was either 'we are working on it' or no reply.

I emailed about this more than 10 days ago. Yet no answers to date.

I suggest emailing Rob (rob at adultbouncer dot com) the ticket number. He's really good at dealing with this but he needs the ticket number to track down the incident.

are you using hotmaikl or some free emaik provider? did you authorize yourself on my spamarrest?

There are two issues:

1 - The payment for 4/24 (it is over the minimum) was not received.

2 - Sale not showing in stats.

Not using Hotmail. We exchanged emails in the past using that same email address, in fact on Apr 25 you replied:

"I will lookinto it for you.
Thanks."

Since you have the ticket numbers, all the info you need is there. Thank you.

and yes, I did authorize you on Spamarrest, many months ago. My email address and ab info is in the tickets (#WMM-980741 and #LGS-500920) in case you have any questions.

Sale not showing in stats:

First reported to AB: 4/21
Status on 5/1 (10 days later): unresolved. Sale still not showing in stats.


Last payment not received:

First reported to AB: 4/25
Status on 5/1 (6 days later): unresolved. Payment still not received.
