Major FTP Authenication Issues

I just knoticed I'm unable to autenicate via FTP to my preview, members and abhosts accounts.

Preview are fine and if previerw is working im pretty sure member is as well.

Yeah this was a problem last Sunday night. (Feb 19th) I called support and they mentioned they where getting calls from other webmaster with the same problem. Come Monday morning everything was running smoothly once again.

all authentication runs off databases so i assume those must of went down
