Adultbouncer is currently doing massive network overhauls to it's internal systems to further support growth, peering (among other things.) So that usually means things are going to be unstable for a little while (not long at all)
After this network migration is complete, adultbouncer will have around 450+ ISP peering arrangements to just about every major ISP in the lower 48, Canada and Europe. What does this mean? More peering -> less time for packets to travel.
So please, hold your horses.
