If not, maybe they should be?
Through VXS you get paid in full each time (no reservations) and their scrubbing is perfect (compared to the likes of CCBill).
The payments are handled by Interpay (http://www.interpay.nl/eng/), they support:
EUR (Euro) --> payout in EUR
USD ( US Dollar) --> payout in USD
CAD (Canadian Dollar) --> payout in USD
GBP (Britisch Pound) --> payout in EUR
CHF (Swiss Franc) --> payout in EUR
SEK (Swedish Krona) --> payout in EUR
NOL (Norwegian Krone) --> payout in EUR
DKK (Danish Krone) --> payout in EUR

Was this decision before or after my post?
I'm only asking because i'm wondering if i'm actually helping with my "few and far between" suggestions.
I suggested them because there are a few paysites that have replaced their CCBilling with VXS...just because of the scrubbing alone. After doing so they've noticed a rise in conversions. This leaves one to believe that in some cases the biller can be a contributing factor for low-conversions (at least where CCBill is involved).

you want to know what country your sale originated from?
Knowing this would let us know where the majority of our conversions are coming from....but that's it.
