We will be doing emergency maintenance on it to fix the speed problems (or at least isolate what is causing the speed dropoffs)


This will involve a firmware update to the raid controller to further enhance the stability/performance.

Do you have an estimate of when the speed on 135 problem will be fixed?

Just been on my members page and it's embarrasing :oops: It took 5 minutes to show my movie page. I can't even check that my latest update migrated properly cos the links are timing out. Not the image I want to present to my members.

I've only been open just over a month, and members are complaining and cancelling. As long as the site seems to be wading through sludge, what hope do I have of retaining members to make this worthwhile?

Hope you resolve this issue soon. It's been nearly three weeks since it came to light.

We are doing it today, the server is in our new location now

hopefully we will pinpoint the issuem, if not we will transfer data to a new server we have available here.

This server is STILL too slow.
It's been almost a MONTH now if not more.
When will the problem be fixed?
Or can I at least have my site transfered to a different server?
