Member server down

A member emailed me that my member server is down for a couple of days now...

Can somebody please fix this asap?

So I submitted a ticket, and I got this answer:

Your server is down. We can offer you to move your prv.bbbmovies.adultbouncer.com to another server, and you will need to upload its content once again. Could you please confirm this offer.


Since I'm away from home till January 8, 2006 and don't have all my files with me, is there another way of you guys fixing this? Cause by the time I get home, I'll probably have 0 members left (lost alot already, cause apparantly my server has been down for more than a couple of days...)

are you sure its been a couple days?

i think this is one of the machines that went down quite awhile ago. our olllld machines werent RAID5 so they they ewrent redundant

we no longer backup member content. we havent for 2 yrs when i made a post saying we stopped because it wasnt possible to keep up.

what techs want to do is recreate your account on a newer box so you could reupload your site. hopefully you used our movieserver links and kept your html/jpg backed up
