What happend to ab support, they are never around. We need support asap. Also, there are no one on IRC support.. DId you fire everyone? LOL :)

i agree my site is hanging and mega slow - yet nothing has changed, cant get hold of support to find out whats going on

your best bet would be to submit a ticket for fastest response

theyre juggling 50 different jobs now.
