Custom domain?

Hi all,

Just checking out my vixeo setup at the moment and noticed the ability to set up a custom domain. The NS addresses appear to be the same as those used for custom domains on the AB network (NS1.DHOME.COM etc) - I already have a custom domain for AB (myadultnetwork.com), is it possible to link a subdomain of of my AB site (eg vixeo.myadultnetwork.com) to my vixeo site?

Yes it is. I've done it (vixeo.sinners.ca). Contact Charles @ Vixeo dot Com and tell him what you wrote above. He should be able to hook you up.

Can you post the instructions here? I think it would be beneficial to the group as well. I'm trying to redirect a subdomain to Vixeo and have edited the zone files, but nothing is happening.

Sure.

all you have to do is email webtechs@adultbouncer.com and CC rob@adultbouncer.com telling webtechs what subdomain you want pointed to what ip.

So all you have to do is say hey please point whatever.mydomain.com to 206.53.53.51

make sure you add the subdomain via the vixeo panel as well

and your done
