improve Gaybouncer Webmaster support

Hi,
since the support (via tickets) to AB webmasters is really great and super fast and mostly get answered within hours I notice sending a ticket via gaybouncer often get a reply just after several days.

Is there a way to pay more attention to GB regarding support?
