Thanks Rob. However, the contentserver is still not active for 190. Is that going to take extra time or something?

you try to copy content and it doesnt go or?

I mean there are no movies in the contentserver. On the ftp there is nothing in the contenserver folders, can't log in to the contentserver itself and can't download movies from the members site that are linked to movies in the contentserver. There's just nothing there.

Hey Rob,

I also have a site on 202.190 and all of the movies in my contentserver folder are either not there or something because the folders are there but they dont play in my site and when you try to open the movie files you get this response

Now this movie has been playing and working in my sites members area for about a month. Now after the crash of 202.190 and it comes back online nada. I have also gone back to my selected movies for this site and clicked on the copy to content and STILL nada. Now I again have a site that has NO movies except the content I have purchased. I have 25 movies for this site that i have gotten since the last time my members area was lost. And now i have nada again. Something is very wrong and all of my previews for all 4 of my sites are on 208.115 and i have NO ftp for them and backups some of which are a month old.

The server was restored from backup, so you might have lost some of the movies. The server is full right now. There should be space freed up early next week and after that, you can copy your ordered movies again to your member area. I apologize for the inconvenience.

This is fast becoming a joke now.

Hey Matt,
You know the only problem with that is these movies are already on my site. I have had them on my site and they have been being seen by members so they are not ordered movies from anytime since the crash of 202.190 they are movies that i have already put into my contentserver. The folders are already in the contentserver folder under wmv-DVD, and they are not playing and are not opening when i try to open the files. There is not gonna be enough space for these because they are from over 4 months of content request. Sorry this is just another thing that hurts me and all of the webmasters who irt affects .
And you can count on me not getting my movies back and having to start all over again. Who cares is the feeling i get when i ask why are these things happening to the NEW and IMPROVED AB. Its just the fact that there have been more and more newbies cum in and we the old timers are playing by the rules and some of these guys are burnin up space. I feel there must be a reason for this HUGE increase in new webbies. Because b4 in the 1st year i was with AB we had nowhere near this many new webbies. This is why iam trying to sell my sites and get away from this sort of treatment. This will be the 2nd time that I have had to rebuild my members area and in the meantime my signups suffer because i dont have any content. Im just fried and burnt out on getting the short end of the stick. :twisted: I have always been a good AB webmaster

Ohh i see the problem.

We will need to reissue you guys credits to re-grab the movies you already had.

Content servers are not backed up because we have the movies 15000x over :P
