It has to come to our attention there was a minor bug in the partner system due to use of cookies, however no sales were lost. Please read:

Example Web ID: 1000
Example Partner ID: 3333
Second Web ID 2000

Partner ID 3333 sent traffic to Site 1000 however the potential client did not signup, then potential client coming from Partner ID 3333 later decided to join a different AB site 2000. AB Site 2000 was creditted for the sale bug we noticed a bug where Partner ID 3333 was still logged under AB Site 2000 when in fact Partner ID 3333 is a partner of site 1000. This is wrong and has been fixed. If the potential client decides to join another site at a later time then Site 2000 would get the full sale since Partner ID 3333 has no links to Web ID 2000. Now we have added checking so that if the Partner ID does not link to the Web ID then the Web Id will have full creditted sale and the partner will not.

This is the most logical way since:

1) No links between webmaster and Partner
2) There is no payout details in their lounge for this partner, we can not share partner info between all webmasters as this would cause privacy issues.
3) There is no payout information for this Partner in the Secondary Webmasters account.

One un-named webmaster feels this is skimming, we do not feel its skimming.

Please give us your feedback.

That is proper if I was 2000, why the hell should 3333 get any partner referal, I have no idea who he is and he didn't help sell my site. He didn't even link to it, I got that customer through other means, not 3333's linking.

Sounds fair to me. 2000 made the final sale. 2000 gets the money.

Lets say you see a product at Office Depot and you bought the same product at CompUSA. Of course The profit made woudn't be sent to Office Depot
