Due to the unexpected failure of 3 drives, the machine has to be replaced because of a failed drive backplane.
Replacement is in right now, and I'm building it. I have to restore from backups.
ETA is a few hours. :)
Well, my members area is on this machine. Now the FTP is working, but I see that you restored my files from April and /contentserver/wmv-DVD/ folder contains empty folders without movies. In fact, it's not possible to enter any of the folders with a name of a particular movie.
Will the movies be restored from the backup to my contentserver folder? Should I upload the newer versions of member files (index.htm etc.) or wait for some more time?
Thanks.

Hi,
I think whatever is on your site now is restored from whatever we have in the backups. You can log into ms.adultbouncer.com and recopy the movies again.

backups from April here also.
At least try to resynchronize backups every month.
There is to much content to reupload after 3 months.
And to much added work for nothing.

Hi,
I apologize for the inconvenience. We will try to backup the site more often.

Good thing Dreamweaver kept a copy of my last update to my website locally.
Seeing that you said we could recopy the movies we lost, I went to my selected movies page and hit "copy to content ..." and got nothing...
I thought the passwords on that page only last 7 days or whatever it was?
How do i get the 7 of 14 movies i had before the great server crash....will i be issued new passwords for the abillity to recopy my movies or what?[/b]

Hi,
Please try to recopy your movies again. They should be copied over within a couple of hours. If you still don't see anything, then email marco@adultbouncer.com and he will resolve the movie issues for you.
