24 hours monitoring AB websites/servers (priview+members)

Hi,
Time to time I have to alert support that some of my AB site is down..
simetimes priview sometime member section/site..
Now is my member section down again :-(
My members write me mails, that want to cancel membership..
I am VERY UNHAPPY about that, becourse all my works go to hell!!
Why AB do not have online monitoring service, which will alert AB support imadiatelly if servers down..
For example you can use simple PHP script in cron..

We have server monitoring software to make sure the server is on-line. If there are some problems with the server, please give us some time to fix it. We will try our best to keep all the servers up on-line.

We do monitor all servers, it can take time to get a server back online as the disk arrays are very very large and if a system reboots it needs to run a scandisk on it which can take at least 30 minutes or more.

But al lin all, all AB servers are monitored in case web is down or they fail to reply to ICMP.
