Is there a way to find out (perhaps through the Webmasters Lounge) how long a client has been a member of your site? I can see how many active members I have but I would like to know when each member actually signed up.

Under sales...the rebill forcast tells you what day of the month they signed up.

That doesn't tell me who the members are, only when A member signed up. I want to know how long member 12345 has been a member after signing up through my site. It is important for me to know.

Can anyone (webmaster or AB Admin) help me with this?

save all your member sign up notification emails. and if youre really bored you can go thru all of them and make some type of database.

why would you want to know the length of membership of a specific member?

Go to your lounge and if you have more than one you must do this for each. But above your stats when you check your rebills and signs there is a search area just copy and paste the membership # from your stats and then run it. it tells you how long and what the sign up date was.
I think its go to your lounge for each site and pull the drop down for Sales and then click on sales by site! Then hit the amount of which sites sales just click on it.And up comes a transaction summary(Full Report) and click the transaction list and it shows a page with all of the rebills and signs for the period you put on your stats and just copy and paste the membership# or subscription ID# and then hit GET HISTORY and it will pull up how long and when the sign up date is and lets you know how long they have been with you.
Theres only one thing and you cant contact your members in such a manner i dont believe? contact of that sort is not allowed.Good Luck 8)
