Hi,

I started off with minimum information when making my web site. I didn't read anywhere that it was necessary to have a prv. part on your web site. I just figured I would instead just use my domain name http://www.bbflix.com as the starting page and preview page.

But now, it is creating a problem, because when someone signs up to join my web site, they get an email form ab saying to go to prv.avvault.abbilling.com, which does not exist.

To get around this problem, should I just make that page automatically redirect to members.bbflix.com? Or is it neseccary to have a whole prv section?

Also, I asked someone on mIRC to fix the prv.avvault.abbilling.com name, but I don't know if they did anything or not. He just told me it is the root name of the web site and it should work fine. But the problem is, avvault is no longer the name of the web site, it is bbflix ,and it looks unprofessional to be using a name that has no corelation..

So if anyone with some knowledge can help that would be great.. And if someone from AB could fix the address the users go in the confirm email address that would be helpfull.

Thanks

Dear Webmaster:

prv.avvault.abbilling.com exists. In fact members.bbflix.com (or prv.bbflix.com) and prv.avvault.abbilling.com are same.

To make it simple:
bbflix.com has two sections. One is preview -- http://bbflix.com or http://avvault.abbilling.com

And the other section is members section -- http://members.bbflix.com or http://prv.bbflix.com or http://prv.avvault.abbilling.com

Members section is the section where only Paid Customers can logon and view movies, pictures.
